Altheus Infrared uses the latest thermal imaging system to
locate and document flat roof moisture issues. In addition, we
verify our findings using other non-destructive tools for
the most accurate results without invasive testing (although, core-sample
testing by the customer is always encouraged to further verify the
results).

Nearly any type of roof leak / moisture issue can be imaged by
thermal imaging in an effort to determine the source of a leak or the extent of
moisture saturation in the insulation. When thermal imaging is
inappropriate, let us use our moisture meter to outline the issue.
